Story & Clark Upright W/Pianomation
|
|
The Story & Clark name in the piano world is an old and well-respected one. This particular specimen, however, had been badly treated. It had been exposed to a high level of moisture and may have even been rained upon. The main case structure was severely delaminated and coming apart, requiring that we drill, glue, and clamp it in several places. Normally we do not remove the plate from an upright piano, but this piano was so warped that it became necessity in order to correct the structure. We installed a Pianomation unit in it during the refurbishment process. |
